Ethics, Transparency and Conscience In The Corporation

Gaia-Watts, as a corporation which espouses the values of community and family - and, which encourages the Power Of One - is an survival village company first. We develop private cities; we manage the affairs of this city as a private, for profit enterprise; and, we invite employees and associates to join with us because we are certain that the full value of these villages will only be realized when each person within that corporation finds full value of their skills and talents; and, that they find comfort in being a significant part of the whole - with both ethical and financial rewards. TRUST & TRUTHFULNESS are the principal ethics. Therefore, ETHICS is the core value which we encourage our citizens to find within themselves; and, to develop as a citizenry.
From the root of TRUST we generate the second great vaule in a society - Transparency. Being visible, possessing qualities which are publicly open for both criticism and accolades; and, knowing that your corporation is fully accountable to its shareholders and the public interest through bureaucracy's regulations, will provide the strength within the group of employees and management through which you will excell in these most competitive times. There is an evil persona out there in the corporate world which feeds on greed and corruption - and, which deprives individuals therein of the comfort and security of complying openly and freely with those regulations which are developed for the benefit of society. Voluntary transparency excells beyond the vulgar grasp of greed !
And, why do we speak of these things of depravity? We do because they must be challenged - all the time. There is no time for less caution. And, there certainly is a need to provide a solid, proud example of good conduct for youth who are entering the workplace. This is our first responsibility ! Therefore, Gaia-Watts - as a corporation which encourages individuals and parochial communities to work with us in developing these survival villages - also is a consulting company. Gaia-Watts provides leadership in these matters of ETC - Ethics / Transparency / Conscience. And, we conduct clinical reviews for comapnies and groups.
